Jodhpur : The police administration is on alert after communal tension in Jodhpur, Rajasthan late on Friday night. Cabinet Minister Jogaram Patel’s statement came out on Saturday regarding the communal tension in the area. He has talked about taking strict action against the culprits involved in the case. He has said that no culprit will be spared. He has also appealed to all communities to maintain mutual brotherhood. He said that Jodhpur is a city of belongingness. Such an incident can never be justified here.

what was the matter
He also said that he is constantly talking to the police officers on this matter and taking stock of the situation in the area. Along with this, necessary guidelines have also been given in the matter. Actually, a dispute started between two communities in Sursagar over the removal of the gate from the wall of Idgah, in which after peace was restored, suddenly on Friday night, angry people of both the communities started pelting stones at each other. Due to which the tension in the area increased so much. And the mob set a shop and a tractor on fire. The police lathicharged the people and also fired 4-5 rounds of tear gas shells. Heavy police and RAC have been deployed after the violence. In such a situation, the situation was brought under control late at night, but the tension still persists.
The entire area is being monitored with the help of drones
At present, many officers including ADCP Narpat Singh and Nishant Bhardwaj, ACP Rajendra Prasad Diwakar, ACP Jairam, ACP Anil Kumar are present in the area. With the help of drones, the entire area is being constantly monitored. Apart from this, it will also be ascertained from the roofs of which houses stones were being pelted on Friday night. With the help of drones, the stones lying on the roofs of those houses will be captured on camera, then further action will be taken against all of them according to the law.
