New Delhi: Canadian authorities arrested 22-year-old Amardeep Singh of Brampton, Surrey and Abbotsford districts on May 11 in connection with the killing of Khalistan separatist leader Hardeep Singh Nijjar.
Singh, who was previously in Peel Regional Police custody on various charges, was charged with first-degree murder and conspiracy to commit murder.
