Churu : A case of rape of a 13 year old foreign girl has come to light in Churu. When the minor had stomach ache, his family took him to DB Hospital. Where upon examination the minor was found to be pregnant for about 5 months (19 weeks). The minor was living in a rented house with her family.
Mahila police station officer Kartar Singh said that the victim’s brother has lodged a report. Said- Sister suddenly started having stomach pain on Wednesday night. With which he reached DB hospital and got him examined. On investigation she was found to be pregnant.
The police officer said that when asked by the family members, the minor told that about 5 months ago a young man had forcefully taken him to the forest. Where she was raped. After that the youth raped the minor thrice again. The accused had also threatened and intimidated her if she told anyone. At present the minor is undergoing treatment in the hospital. Police have registered the case, the search for the accused is ongoing.
