Dausa : Rajasthan administration came into active mode when someone called the control room of the capital Jaipur and threatened to shoot the state head Bhajanlal Sharma. Due to which the police administration immediately came into action and it was found that the call threatening to shoot was made from the special central jail dormitory of Dausa. On the other hand, on the news of shooting Rajasthan CM Bhajanlal Sharma, the police under the leadership of Commissionerate Police Commissioner Biju George Joseph traced the location and started investigation. Police Commissioner Joseph immediately informed the Dausa police. Under the leadership of Dausa Superintendent of Police Ranjita Sharma, almost all the administrative staff of the district including Lalsot ASP Lokesh Sonwal reached the jail and after identifying the accused, the police recovered the mobile from the possession of the accused.
After the search operation, the prison administration is under suspicion
When a search operation was conducted in Shyalawas jail, a cache of 10 mobile phones, pen drives, chargers and other objectionable items were found, which made the matter even more suspicious. While more than a dozen dreaded criminals including gangster Anandpal Singh’s brother Rupinderpal Singh, Sukhdev Singh Gogamedi’s killer are lodged here. A case has been registered in Vidhayakpuri police station by Jaipur control room.
The accused is a resident of Darjeeling
The accused Nima alias Sajan is a resident of Darjeeling who was living in Shyam Nagar for a long time. A case was registered against him in 2016 for raping a minor. Since then the accused was serving jail term. On April 4, on the orders of DG Jail, the accused was shifted from Jaipur Jail to Dausa Jail. However, in the case of SIM card and mobile reaching inside the prison in the CM threat case from Dausa, electrician Rajendra Mahavar has been arrested.
The matter came to light even 2 years ago
In 2022, the collusion of a prisoner with the jail staff was exposed in the same Central Jail Shyalawas. The prisoner lodged in Shyalawas jail had done this earlier also in connivance with the jail administration. The treasury was damaged by embezzling ₹ 7.50 lakh. Its investigation is also still pending.
