Jaipur : Rajasthan CM Bhajan Lal Sharma is in England for ‘Rising Rajasthan’ to be held in December. In this series, on Friday, a delegation led by CM Bhajan Lal participated in the Investor Meet organized in London. Also in the state Information about business possibilities was given and during this meeting, MoUs were also signed with many companies in various areas of the state. Planning (RIPS) 2024 policy was also launched.

The delegation led by CM Bhajan Lal Sharma met many major companies in the investor conference. These included meetings with officials from Alpha Wave Global (private equity firm), Renew Power (renewable energy) and Indo UK Institute of Health. During these meetings, the delegation informed them about the business environment being created in the state for investors and the opportunities available in various sectors of the state.
Also met the expatriate Rajasthanis
In this program the delegation met the expatriate Rajasthanis. The state government is running a special campaign to connect with their roots. Under this, efforts are being made to connect with the migrant Rajasthani community and revive their relationship with the motherland. Apart from this, the migrant Rajasthani community is being encouraged to invest in the state and create new businesses. Assistance in setting up enterprises was also requested.
Businessmen invited to visit Rajasthan
CM Bhajan Lal Sharma, who came to attend the investor meet, while inviting the investors, said that there are centuries-old relations between India and Britain. We had very useful and wide-ranging talks today with British Government officials and MPs. During this, we appealed to them for cooperation in efforts to bring investment in the state. Also, discussions were held with many companies for setting up business and making new investments in the state and they were urged to take advantage of the business opportunities available in Rajasthan.

Apart from the CM and Deputy CM, the delegation going to England includes CS Shikhar Agarwal, Commissioner of Industries Department and Bureau of Investment (BIP) Rohit Gupta and other senior officials of the Rajasthan government.
