Jammu, December 1 (IANS). Indian cricket team will not go to Pakistan to play Champions Trophy. On this, Congress and opposition leaders say that the game should be watched in the spirit of sports.
Senior BJP leader from Jammu and Kashmir Kavinder Gupta told IANS on Saturday that this could be the thinking of the Congress party. We are residents of Jammu and Kashmir. If we look at the past few times, how many murders have taken place. For the sake of vote bank, the Congress Party wants to maintain relations with those who are against our country and want to spoil the unity and integrity of our country. However, people have taught Congress a lesson in the assembly elections of Haryana and Maharashtra. A lesson has been taught in Jammu and Kashmir. The Congress has been wiped out here. There cannot be compromise with the thinking of Congress. This is anti-national and their thinking is divisive.
Let us tell you that BCCI has said that due to security reasons, Team India will not go there to play the Champions Trophy in Pakistan.
On the incidents happening in Bangladesh, a senior BJP leader has said that such incidents are happening there due to Islamic fundamentalism and it is unbearable. India has taken cognizance of this. If they do not change their ways, action will have to be taken.
After the change of government in Bangladesh, fundamentalist people are targeting Hindus and torturing them. In many cases murders are also taking place. Recently Chinmoy Krishna Das Prabhu of ISKCON was arrested. Since his arrest, saints and sages across the country have expressed their anger. There are continuous demands for his release. It is noteworthy that the Hindu community is being continuously attacked in Bangladesh. Their religious places are being destroyed.
