Negligence of Highway Authority has come to light on Dholpur : Dholpur National Highway 44 and Service Road. In the patchwork work done last ten days ago, poor quality material has been used, as a result of which the concrete has started peeling off from the patchwork road within two days. Drivers are facing problems due to dislodged concrete. Patchwork work was done on the service roads including the highway by the National Highway Authority ten days ago, but within a few hours of the patchwork, the concrete of the patchwork has started disintegrating. . The biggest thing is that the patchwork done by the Highway Authority employees is beyond comprehension. Because where patchwork has been done, two-feet deep pits have opened up. Whose patchwork was not done. From which it appears that the authority has limited the patchwork only to food supply. Because the officials spent lakhs of rupees for repairs and laid concrete, in which the amount of asphalt was negligible. This is the reason why the concrete of corruption has started bursting in the filled potholes. Due to the presence of open potholes on the service roads, drivers are falling victim to them.
Drivers becoming victims of open potholes
The National Highway Authority is doing patchwork of the highways dug after the rains. But in Dholpur the patchwork work is visible only for a short time. At some places on the highway, potholes have been closed by pouring concrete mixed with asphalt, but many potholes are still left open. Due to which the fear of accident always remains. Due to open potholes being filled with water, drivers do not have an idea of their depth, due to which two-wheeler drivers are getting injured by falling from these potholes.
Patchwork done in the city also exposed
The patchwork done by the Public Works Department on the main roads of Dholpur city has also started falling off within a few hours. The negligence of the officials is visible in the patchwork done by the department on Station Road, Palace Road, Lal Bazaar, Hanuman Tiraha, Rajkheda Bypass, Sabzi Mandi Road. The patchwork stones started falling apart after just two days. The gravel is spreading on the road and the dust from the damaged roads keeps flying into the sky. Due to this, two-wheeler drivers are facing problems. In the city, from the main roads to the colonies and streets, there are potholes, due to which the people of the city are troubled.
