Court sent all five accused of serious assault on Nagaur youth to jail

Nagaur : Five accused arrested on Thursday in a case registered in connection with a dispute after a boy was hit by a scooter on Wednesday on B-Road of Nagaur Kotwali police station area, were presented in the court on Friday. From where he was sent to judicial custody. In this case, cases were registered from both sides, whereas at present the police had taken action in a single case and arrested five people from one side. Kotwali CI Vedpal Shivran said that in the fight, Nilesh Khatri had filed the case on behalf of the other party and Umar had filed the case. SI Khetaram is investigating the case. Mohammad Shakeel, his son Mohammad Sahil, Mohammad Faizal, Huzair and Mohammad Aslam were arrested in this case. These five were sent to judicial custody after being produced in the court on Friday. On the other hand, protest has also started against the police not taking action yet on the report lodged by them. People from the other side allege that the police is taking one-sided action. When arrests were made on the report of one party, why is no action being taken on the report of the other party?

It is noteworthy that on Wednesday night, two groups had clashed after a six-year-old boy was hit by a scooter. Half a dozen people were injured in the mutual fight. A case was registered from both the parties in the Kotwali police station. Police arrested five people including Shakeel, Faizal, Sahil, Aslam on charges of breach of peace. He was later arrested in the case registered and sent to jail after interrogation.
