Bharatpur UIT (UIT) is now likely to become Bharatpur Development Authority (BDA), its formation can be approved. About 4 months ago, it was announced to make UIT an authority, which can be approved in the cabinet meeting of Bhajan Lal government today. The formation of the authority will accelerate the overall development of the area including residential and commercial planning, master plan and infrastructure development. Apart from this, there will be increase in the posts of officers and employees here.
About 30 villages will be included with the city, the scope will increase.
By converting the trust into a development authority, its area will also increase. Along with the city, about 30 villages including Madarpur, Astawan, Mehndi Bagh, Malah, Rampura, Seh, Tarhiyan, Murwara, Achalpura, Gundwa, Tuhiya, Jaghina, Ajan, Barakhur, Gopal Nagla, Barso, Ghana Jatoli, Bachhamadi etc. will be included. With the inclusion of these villages, they will get the benefit of basic facilities. Being a Development Authority Act, it also has more autonomy than UIT. The speed of work also increases when the files of development works are approved at the local level.
There will be an increase in the budget, development work will gain momentum
Mainly, after the formation of the authority, the budget will also increase, due to which new development works worth crores of rupees will be approved. With the formation of different types of committees in the Development Authority, work will also become easier in the Authority Executive Committee, Traffic Control Board, Land and Property Committee, Building Plan Committee and Project Work Committee.
