Jaipur : There will be power cut in Rajasthan’s capital Jaipur from 10 am to 6 pm on Tuesday, due to which people are facing problems. Jaipur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited (JVVNL) has issued a notification and shared information in this regard. Officials said that due to Diwali maintenance, this reduction will be done in three shifts today. Due to this, there will be power cut in more than 100 colonies of Jaipur. However, after 6 o’clock the power supply will be started as usual.

There will be power cut in three shifts

According to the information, this power cut in Jaipur will be done in 3 shifts. The first cut will be from 10 am to 1 pm. During this period, there will be power failure in Jagatpura market and Bajrangpura Ganga Vihar Dhariwal Complex, 22 godowns behind Ram Mandir, Nirman Nagar Hanuman Nagar Janakmarg, Krishnapuri and its surrounding areas. In this way the second cut will be from 2 pm to 5 pm. During this period, there will be power cut in the area from Parshavnath Colony to Diggi House. Also, there will be power failure from Kishwar Mahadev Temple to Gandhi Nagar and Jai Ambe Nagar. The effect of power cut from 2 pm to 6 pm will be seen in Jaswant Nagar and surrounding areas including Nandpuri, Ashok Vihar, Vishnu Puri, Jawahar Circle Police Station, Vaishali State, Khatipura Tiraha.

Diwali will be celebrated on 1st November

The ‘festival of lights’ Diwali will be celebrated on November 1 across the world including India. On this occasion, the Power Corporation is making every possible effort to ensure that there is no electric shock in the entire state and every corner is illuminated. Today electrical wires will be checked and lines will also be changed at some places. Besides, other sources will also be checked so that the lights remain intact on Diwali. On the day of Diwali, everyone decorates their houses and shops with colorful lights. Every corner is illuminated with lamps and fireworks are set off after the puja.
