Firing took place at Bikaner : Bikaner on Tuesday evening following a dispute between two parties. Two bike riders suddenly opened fire on the youth traveling in the car. In which a young man was seriously injured, who is undergoing treatment at the Trauma Center of PBM Hospital. After the incident, Omprakash himself reached the Trauma Center. Sohail Khan was going in a car with his friend Anas Pathan from near Meena Nursing Home in Kotgate police station area. Suddenly three youths riding a bike came and started firing indiscriminately. Due to which Sohail got injured due to bullet fragments. Anas Pathan immediately took him to PBM Hospital. After this the police was informed about the incident. Sohail Khan is a resident of Khan Colony here and originally lives in Dhobi Talai.
Police Officer Manoj Sharma said that there was a long standing enmity between Sohail and the attackers. Due to which the incident was carried out. Three youths have been detained in this case. Police are trying to nab other accused. No FIR was registered in this matter till late Tuesday night. Now an FIR will be filed on the basis of Sohail’s statements. Sohail has a bullet fragment in his chest, which was taken out after an operation late in the night. Despite this, his condition still remains worrying. He is currently undergoing treatment at the Trauma Centre.
