Bhilwara : A free eye test and cataract operation camp was organized at Sundar Vatika on Sunday in the memory of senior social worker and social worker late Nathulal Tripathi in Kalias town of Asind area. This camp was organized with the administrative permission of District Blindness Prevention Committee, Bhilwara. Gulabpura Municipality Ward Councilors Priyanka Sharma and Krishna Gopal Sharma said that the camp was organized from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. In this, a total of 400 patients were given free eye examination. The patients were examined for eye examination, distribution of spectacles, black water, cataract, ulcer and retina diseases. Cataract operation of patients eligible for operation will be done free of cost at Gomabai Nethralaya, Neemuch on the scheduled date.
Special arrangements for operation: The facility of tea, biscuits, food and bed will be provided free of cost to the patients admitted for operation in the eye hospital. Arrangements for bringing patients to the eye hospital and taking them back home will also be completely free. Patients admitted for operation were advised to bring photocopy of Aadhar card with them. Late Nathulal Tripathi is considered a senior social worker and social worker of Kalias town. Such events are organized every year in memory of the public welfare work done by him. On this occasion, Ward Councilor of Gulabpura Municipality Priyanka Sharma, Krishna Gopal Sharma, Vinod Sharma, Rajkumar Sharma and many public representatives, officials of social organizations and villagers were present.
