After this, he came home and went to Achera Mandsaur with 5 tola gold ornaments, 2.5 tola silver ornaments and twenty thousand rupees in cash for the marriage of his younger son Arpit. Both of them committed the theft by luring their husband Shankarlal alias Akbar. Complaint was given to Adarsh ​​Nagar police station but no action was taken. On the orders of the court, Adarsh ​​Nagar police station has registered a case and started investigation.
