Rajasthan : The Meteorological Department has issued a yellow and orange alert for rain. There is a yellow alert in Jalore, Tonk, Jaisalmer and Sri Ganganagar. There is a possibility of light to moderate rain with thunder. A lightning warning has been issued. An orange alert has been issued in Ajmer. The Meteorological Department said that during the rain, do not stand near kutcha houses, walls, loosely tied objects and electric poles.

Due to the activity of monsoon in Rajasthan, the rain continued on Sunday as well. Light to moderate rain was recorded in Jaipur, Kota and Pali. According to the Jaipur Meteorological Center, Kota received 26.3 mm of rain. 7 mm rain was recorded in Jaipur and 4.5 mm rain was recorded in Jalore. According to the Meteorological Department, there will be rain with lightning in Jalore, Tonk and Jaisalmer on Tuesday.

127mm rain was recorded in Kotri of Bhilwara
According to the weather center, in the last 48 hours, most places in eastern Rajasthan received light rain accompanied by thunder. Light to moderate rain was recorded in Ajmer, Bhilwara, Baran, Jhalawar, Kota, Chittorgarh and Sawaimadhopur. 127mm rain was recorded in Kotdi of Bhilwara. 55mm rain was recorded in Kolayat of Bikaner.
