Bhilwara : while taking action against violation of Copyright Act, has recovered fake labels and stickers of a Niwai based company from a food industry. These stickers were to be pasted on oil tins.
The representative of this company had given a complaint to the police about making fake labels in violation of the Copyright Act. Acting on which the police have recovered a large quantity of fake labels and stickers.
The matter is of Paldi village of Sadar police station area. Here, the police conducted a raid in Jainam Oil and Food Industry and recovered a large quantity of fake labels and stickers. Preparations were being made to stick them on oil tins and prepare duplicate goods and sell them in the market in the name of originals.
Sadar police station in-charge Ugma Ram said that Prahlad Nayak, protection manager of Niwai Swastik Private Limited, gave a complaint. In which he told that fake wrappers in the name of his company are being made in violation of the Copyright Act.
