IAS Rajendra Vijay found showrooms, industrial plots and houses worth crores in the search ‘a person with a salary of Rs 90000 has Rs 1120000000’

Jaipur : ACB raided the house of IAS Rajendra Vijay on Wednesday (October 2) in the case of disproportionate assets. Searches were conducted in Jaipur, Kota and Dausa, in which documents of property worth crores were found. New revelations have come to light in the investigation. In the investigation so far, IAS Rajendra Vijay has been found to have 47% more money than his income. Land worth Rs 70 lakh was found in Sanganer. Rs 4.56 lakh was found in IDBI bank account, Rs 1.64 lakh in SBI bank account and Rs 20 thousand in HDFC bank account.

Property also created in the name of wife Sadhna

Rajendra Vijay also created property in the name of his wife Sadhna. Commercial showroom worth Rs 4 crore 83 lakh in C-Scheme, plot worth Rs 20 lakh in Jagatpur, house and plot worth Rs 26 lakh on Tonk Road, industrial land worth Rs 67 lakh in Phagi, Siddharth Nagar including residential plot worth Rs 34 lakh. Documents have been found. Rs 12 lakh 44 thousand were found in wife Sadhna’s IDBI bank account, Rs 3 lakh 82 thousand in SBI, Rs 3 lakh 17 thousand in SBI and Rs 54 thousand in HDFC bank account.

Rajendra Vijay had no property in his name when he became RAS officer.

When Rajendra Vijay became an RAS officer in 1991, there was no property in his name. ACB sources said that no such documents were found in the investigation which show that he had any property in his name at the time of joining. This is why ACB has shown 0 assets in its records at the time of becoming an officer.
