Jaipur : Rainfall activities in Rajasthan will decrease from Friday. The monsoon trough line will shift towards the Himalayas. Due to this, western winds are likely to be effective in most parts of the state for four days and rain activities are likely to decrease. At the same time, monsoon will be active again from July 16 in some parts of Rajasthan and rain activities will increase. According to the Meteorological Center Jaipur, in the last 24 hours, light to moderate rain with thunder occurred at some places in the state. Heavy rainfall has been recorded at some places in Tonk district. The highest rainfall in eastern Rajasthan was recorded in Nagarfort in Tonk at 66 mm, and Ahor, Jalore in western Rajasthan at 47 mm. On Thursday, the monsoon trough line passed through Bikaner, Jaipur.
Due to its effect, rain occurred in some parts of Udaipur, Kota, Jaipur, Bharatpur and Bikaner divisions. It rained with strong winds in Jaipur on Thursday evening. During this time the wind speed was 48 kilometers per hour. 19.7 mm of rain was recorded at Sanganer Airport in Jaipur till 8.30 pm. It rained after five days in Sangod town of Kota district. After heavy and light rain for about half an hour, drizzle continued till evening. This gave relief to people from heat and humidity. At the same time, the sprouting crops yearning for water in the fields also got nectar. It rained for half an hour in Kundanpur town also.
