Its hallmark was seen on Thursday in the trauma unit of Kalyan Hospital of the district headquarters. A man with a bandage on his head assaulted the staff of the trauma unit. Utpati started attacking people with an iron stool. The people present in the trauma unit got scared due to this sudden incident. After this, he took an iron stool in his hand and attacked the guards of the trauma unit along with the staff. For about an hour, Utpati kept running around hitting people with an iron stool in his hand. Police came on information but instead of arresting the unruly person, they went away without any reason. The hospital management registered a case of vandalism and assault on the staff regarding the matter. This type of incident has happened in Kalyan Hospital even before Diwali festival.

Suresh Mahala of Bhuma, Laxmangarh reached the trauma unit of the hospital on Thursday morning at around 7 am on a motorcycle. Where a motorcycle rider was hit as soon as he entered the gate. The motorcyclist got injured due to this. After that four stitches were taken. After this, Suresh reached near the gate of the trauma unit and assaulted two nursing workers present at the nursing counter. The guard who came on the instructions of the doctor was attacked by picking up an iron stool. A patient who came with her family outside the trauma was caught and lifted up. After this the police arrived but seeing the stool in the hands of the miscreant, they left the spot. After some time, Utpati’s family members came and declared Utpati a mental patient. Later the staff calmed the victim by giving him sedation.

Even after the patient created a ruckus, the doctors and nursing staff working here treated the unruly young man while following their duty of service. Here, the staff of SK Hospital has also expressed anger in this matter. A case has been registered against the unruly person in the police station.
