Jaipur : The government seems to be in a lot of confusion regarding transfers in Rajasthan. The Bhajan Lal government of the state was earlier on target for not making transfers, but now questions are being raised about the confusion in the transfer lists. An attempt was made to do a major surgery of the bureaucracy this month, but many IAS and RAS transfers had to be cancelled and many officers were changed again.
22 officers again transferred in IAS
The first transfer list of IAS officers was released on September 5. 108 officers were changed in this list. But on September 22, the transfers of 22 IAS officers from the previous list were done again. At the same time, one transfer was also cancelled.

These officers were replaced in IAS
Bhavani Singh Detha, Harimohan Meena, Piyush Samaria, Rajendra Kumar, Shubham Chaudhary, Ashish Modi, Arun Kumar Hasija, Atul Prakash. Apart from these, 8 additional charges were also given.
Many transfers again in RAS, two out from CMO
RAS officers were also transferred for the second time in 17 days. In the list released on Monday night, many officers were again transferred. CEO of Jaisalmer Zila Parishad Mukesh Chaudhary took charge yesterday and was transferred again yesterday. In the previous list, he was transferred from Dungarpur and made the CEO of Jaisalmer Zila Parishad. Now Mukesh Chaudhary has been transferred and made the CEO of Pali Zila Parishad.
Two big changes from CMO too
Chief Minister’s Joint Secretary Jaswant Singh has also been transferred. He has been appointed as Additional Divisional Commissioner of Bikaner. In the previous list, Mohan Dan Ratnu was appointed Deputy Secretary in CMO. In the new list, this transfer was also cancelled. Ram Singh Gurjar was appointed Deputy Secretary in Devnarayan Board, his transfer was also cancelled. PHED Minister Kanhaiya Lal Chaudhary’s Special Assistant Lokesh Kumar Sahal has been appointed as Joint Secretary of PHED. PHED Deputy Secretary Shankarlal Saini has been made the new Special Assistant of Kanhaiya Lal Chaudhary. Forest Minister Sanjay Sharma’s PS Dr. Bhaskar Bishnoi has also been transferred. Apart from these, Rajesh Singh, Vivek Kumar, Ramlal Gurjar, Suresh Kumar Naval, Sunil Bhati, Pradeep Singh Sangawat, Dr. Virendra Singh, Sanju Sharma have also been transferred.
