People want more and more modern facilities in their homes, due to which flats priced up to Rs 5 crore are being sold rapidly in the city. At the same time, the price of duplex flats built in 100 to 125 square yards has reached Rs 1.25 crore. The main reason for the demand for these houses is the increasing trend of people towards a better lifestyle.
