Jaipur : Jaipur: On Tuesday evening, a ruckus broke out between two parties in a private university in Kanota police station area when a student made indecent comments to a girl student. After some time, 20-25 student youth from the nearby village came to the university and started vandalizing it and stabbed the brother of the victim student. Cars parked in the campus were also vandalized. During the uproar, the students locked themselves in their rooms to escape, but the miscreants also broke the gates. On information, Additional DCP East Asharam Choudhary reached the spot and calmed down the matter by persuasion and took the injured to SMS Hospital. The aggrieved party filed a case in this regard. To maintain peace, additional forces were deployed in the university and surrounding areas.
