Jaipur News Desk: Flaws have come to light in the orders for adjustment of surplus teachers issued by the Jaipur Education Department. Teachers who were to be adjusted in the same school. Appropriate adjustment orders were to be issued for them, but the department did not issue orders. Teachers organizations have expressed their displeasure over this. They say that this loophole has been left deliberately, so that the favorites can be accommodated. As per the case, the schools which were upgraded from upper primary to higher secondary. In those schools, two teachers each of Level-1 and 2 were to be accommodated in the same school. But orders for their appropriate adjustment were not issued.
Not only this, no other teacher was also posted on these posts. Due to this, these posts are appearing vacant on Shala Darpan portal. Due to this, many teachers who have submitted complaints are claiming these vacant posts. State President of Rajasthan Primary and Secondary Teachers Association, Vipin Prakash Sharma says that a complaint has been made to the higher officials of the department regarding this defect. If orders for adjustment of teachers are not issued despite there being a vacancy in the school, many problems will arise.
