The case is of Jawahar Circle police station. When the accused youth Manish refused to marry, the girl reached the police station. The police have formed a team and started searching for the accused.

The victim alleges that she had met the accused three years ago. After this the accused talked about marrying her. Meanwhile, a conversation started between the two. Jawahar Circle police station CI Vinod Sankhla said that an FIR has been registered after receiving the complaint of the victim. In her complaint against youth Manish Kumar, the victim said that first there was friendship between them and then friendship turned into love. The accused took advantage of this and had relations with her several times. A few days ago, when the victim asked the accused Manish to marry him, he flatly refused. On this the victim lodged a complaint at Jawahar Circle police station. The medical examination of the victim has been done, after which the victim’s complaint will be filed before the court. The search for the accused has been started. The police station officer said that the accused is absconding since the FIR was registered.
