Dholpur : Under the banner of Bharatiya Jatav Mahasabha, a large number of people of Jatav community reached Dholpur District Collectorate on Thursday afternoon, where people protested accusing the police of not taking action against those who committed atrocities on the Jatav community. After which the people of Jatav community submitted a memorandum in the name of the President to the District Collector. In the memorandum given to the District Collector in the name of the President under the leadership of Bharatiya Jatav Mahasabha Sangharsh Committee convener Ramkishan, a four-point complaint has been made regarding the atrocities being committed on the Jatav community.
It has been said in the complaint that the incidents of atrocities on the people of Jatav community are increasing day by day. In cases in which the police remains inactive. It has been said in the complaint that in most of the cases the police do not register the case and in the cases where reports are filed, no action is taken. Four criminal cases have been mentioned in the complaint letter given to the Collector. In which murders by goons in Sarmathura and Kanchanpur, kidnapping of minors in Sampau and Maniyan have been mentioned.
In the memorandum submitted to the Collector in the name of the President, the people of Jatav community have protested and demanded action against the bullies. The protesters have demanded from the President to direct the Rajasthan government to stop the atrocities on the Jatav community.
