In the program, the District Collector told that today polio vaccine is being given at every booth. For the next two days, polio doses will be given to children aged 0 to 5 years by going door-to-door and in every inaccessible area in the district. Every citizen of the district must give polio doses to their children. The District Chief said that the Rajasthan government is continuously making efforts to provide better medical facilities to every citizen of the district. Keeping in mind the health of every section of the citizens of Rajasthan, the government provides health facilities to them through various activities. Every citizen should also take advantage of the public welfare schemes of the government and cooperate in it and vaccinate their children for polio.
In the programme, the Nikshay vehicle was also flagged off by the guests present for the 100-day TB Capen anti-tuberculosis camp. Screening will be done under the campaign by Nikshay vehicle. This campaign will run for 100 days in every block of the district. Which will run from 7 December 2024 to 24 March 2024, World Tuberculosis Day. Build 1334 booth
CMHO Dr. Sajid Khan said that under the National Pulse Polio Vaccination Program, the district has been targeted to administer anti-polio doses to about 1,98,397 children. For which 1334 booths have been made where anti-polio doses were administered to approximately 1 lakh 62 thousand 686 children, which is approximately 82 percent of the target. Today, public representatives administered polio drops to children at various booths in the district. Polio medicine was also administered in places like Jhalawar, Bhawanimandi, Manoharthana, Ratlai, Khanpur etc. across the district.
