Karauli’s female teacher became a great example of honesty, returned a purse full of jewelery worth Rs 10 lakh

Karauli : A teacher in Karauli district of Rajasthan has set an example of honesty, which is being discussed in the entire district. A female teacher has shown honesty by returning a purse full of jewelery of a woman who had come to attend a wedding ceremony, the value of which is said to be around Rs 10 lakh. The female teacher handed over the bag to the owner of the purse in the presence of the police. After which Bina Sharma, the owner of the jewellery, expressed her gratitude to the female teacher.

A bag full of money had fallen in the market

According to information received from the police, Beena Sharma, a resident of Gangapur, had come to Karauli with her husband Vivek Sharma on Wednesday to attend a wedding ceremony. Meanwhile, her purse full of jewelery fell in the market, the value of which is said to be around Rs 10 lakh. Beena Sharma searched the purse at many places. She also informed the police about the incident.

There was jewelery worth up to Rs 10 lakh in the purse.

Saraswat of Scout Guide told that teacher Mamta Saini had come to Sapotra to participate in the Guide Captain Unit Leader Basic Course Camp organized at Karauli Scout Guide Headquarters. After the camp, she along with her friends went to visit Teacher Madan Mohan Temple. When she was returning after darshan, she found a lady’s purse lying on the road. When he opened the purse, he found gold and silver jewelery in it. Whose price was said to be around Rs 10 lakh.

Bag handed over in the presence of police

Teacher Mamta Saini inquired about the purse at nearby places. She stood there and waited for a long time. But when no one came, she came back to her office. During this time he gave his address to a nearby shopkeeper. So that they could be informed when the owner arrives. They also tried to trace the owner from the bills and other documents found in the purse. Later, after getting information about the owner, she reached Karauli police station and in the presence of the police handed over the purse full of jewelery to the owner Beena Sharma.
