In Ajmer : Rajasthan, we have been hearing many cases of fraud in the name of government job and transfer. But a unique case has come to light in Ajmer district of Rajasthan. Here a woman constable has registered a case against two policemen for embezzling lakhs of rupees in the name of transfer. The woman wanted to get her transfer from Ajmer to Jaipur.
16 lakh rupees extorted from female constable
Taking advantage of this, both the policemen took money from him and then just kept making excuses. After the woman’s report, the police arrested both of them and sent them to jail. In the complaint given to the police, the female policeman said that constable Mukesh Chaudhary posted in her Hadi Rani battalion and Mukesh’s partner Nemichand extorted Rs 16 lakh. The police registered the case and then arrested both the constables and sent them to the court from where they were taken on one-day remand and interrogated. During interrogation, both of them confessed to their crime.
Till now no recovery has been made from the accused
After this, both of them were sent to jail for 15 days, although till now no recovery has been made from both of them in the case. The police is making efforts for this. According to the police, both the constables had told the woman constable that they had acquaintances with senior officers.
Incidents of fraud often occur in the name of transfer and employment.
In such a situation, the victim woman constable trusted both of them. For several months both the constables kept making excuses and finally refused. After this, the victim woman constable reached the police and registered the case. Let us tell you that many cases have already come to light in the name of transfer and getting government jobs in Rajasthan. But perhaps this would be the first case when a case has been registered against policemen.
