Patna, December 10 (IANS). Politics has heated up over the ‘eye-watering’ statement given by RJD supremo Lalu Prasad Yadav regarding Chief Minister Nitish Kumar’s proposed ‘Mahila Samvad Yatra’.
LJP (R) MP from Samastipur Shambhavi Choudhary said on Tuesday that Lalu Yadav’s statement is disgusting, not as a leader or MP but as a daughter of Bihar. Through his statement, he has worked to degrade the women’s society. The leader who listens to the problems of women, goes to win their attention. If any leader today wants to go among women and listen to their problems, want to communicate with them, then is he just indulging in gratification? Today the women of Bihar come forward and speak fearlessly.
It is noteworthy that Lalu Prasad Yadav on Tuesday raised questions on Nitish Kumar’s Mahila Samvad Yatra and said, “He is going to win his eyes. After this he will form the government.” Lalu Prasad Yadav is facing criticism regarding this statement.
Iltija Mufti, daughter of PDP chief Mehbooba Mufti, has described ‘Hindutva’ as a “disease”. Regarding this, Shambhavi Chaudhary said, “We talk about every religion but he tried to defame Hindu religion. Hindu religion is a way of life but he has made wrong statements. He should apologize for this.”
