Sawai Madhopur : The seven-day Maharani Lakshmibai self-defense training camp being organized at Meena Dharamshala of Gangapur City concluded on Thursday. In the camp, Sadar Police Station Officer Pannalal and Chief Block Education Officer Mahesh Meena said that the camp was organized to teach women and girls self-defense in adverse situations.
He told that during the camp, information about child protection and POCSO Act was given. Have the curiosity to learn and self-defence, this task is learned especially through practice. Along with training, it is also important to have self-confidence. Self defense is needed at every level. Also how to avoid problems. Also giving information about good touch and bad touch, he said that gender difference self-defense is very important for physical and mental development. Before any kind of incident happens, the problem should be resolved quickly by being aware. In today’s era, women have developed in every field. If needed, one can complain on police helpline 1098 for the safety of women. So that women can also be protected.
Earlier, ADM Ram Kishore Meena and Chief Block Education Officer Mahesh Kumar Meena gave information about self-defense to all the participants and told them about women’s safety. ADM gave information about the methods adopted regarding the safety of women in foreign countries. Women demonstrated amazing self-defense related tricks and interacted with women and told them how to use it in school and the need to empower women. Girls studying in schools should be empowered physically, mentally and socially. Inspired to develop the art of living life and always work happily. The message given by the district administration is that every girl studying in the school should become self-reliant and empowered and build a new India.
