Jodhpur News Desk: Mother and 2 sons commit mass suicide due to family dispute in Jodhpur. The elder son had sent a suicide note to his relatives on WhatsApp. After this, all three committed suicide by drinking poison. When the 12 year old cousin reached home, all three were lying on the ground. Foam was coming out of the mouth. With the help of the villagers, they took him to the hospital, where the doctor declared him dead. The incident took place at 11 am in Bigmi village of Osian police station area. Police arrived on the information of villagers and kept all three bodies in the mortuary of Osian Hospital.
Committed death by consuming poisonous substance
Rural SP Ram Murti Joshi said- Information was received about suicide of mother and two sons. Police of Osian police station reached the spot and started investigation. Initially, it appears that his death was due to consumption of poisonous substance. Investigation is being done in the matter. SHO Rajesh Kumar Gajraj of Osian police station said – Bhanwari Devi (55), wife of Anop Singh Rajpurohit, Navratna (27) and Pradeep (24) have committed suicide. Postmortem of all three will be conducted by the medical board.
Suicide message was sent on WhatsApp
After this mass suicide, screen shots of the WhatsApp messages of elder son Navratna have surfaced on social media. It is being told that Navratna has sent this message to his relatives. In this, four people have been accused of mental torture. It was written in this message – harass us, make false allegations. Both brothers used to work in finance
According to the information, Navratna and Pradeep used to work in a finance company. Navratna’s marriage took place only 4 months ago in Mandla village. The bodies of the three were first seen by the cousin brother. He was more mixed with Navratna. In such a situation, he went to call him this morning. He saw that foam was coming out of the faces of all three. He called his acquaintance. He reached the spot with a bike. Later, with the help of the villagers, he was brought to the hospital by car, where the doctors declared him dead.
Father died in 2012
Navratna and Pradeep’s father Anop Singh lived in Bathinda (Punjab). Anop Singh had a namkeen factory there. Anop Singh died in a factory fire in 2012. Since then Navratna and Pradeep were living with their mother in Bigmi village of Jodhpur. It is being said that Navratna had come in the morning after giving a bundle of jewelery to a jeweler friend of the village. He said to open it in the evening.
