Monsoon rain wreaked havoc on people in Rajasthan, two youths got washed away, one died

Jhunjhunu : The city received its first heavy monsoon rain on Friday. This resulted in waterlogging in many areas. During the rain, current passed through an electric pole standing near an iron cabin (tea-juice shop) located near the Panchdev temple. Due to this, four people sitting in the cabin got electrocuted. Two of these youths were swept away by the water filled on the road due to rain, one of whom died, one has been referred to Jaipur.

According to the police, Jahangir (28), son of Shabbir, a resident of Islampur, was swept away in the water for one to one and a half kilometers due to the electric shock. After this, he was taken out of the water and taken to the hospital, where doctors declared him dead. Another youth Jagdish, who was swept away in the water, has been referred to Jaipur due to his critical condition. Cabin operator Manish, who was injured due to electric shock, is undergoing treatment in Jhunjhunu, while Sajid, who worked with him, was discharged from the hospital.
