Badaun, 30 November (IANS). Hearing in the Jama Masjid vs Neelkanth Mahadev Temple case in Badaun was held in the fast track court on Saturday. The side of the Arrangement Committee was presented in the court. The next hearing in this case will be on December 3.

While talking to the media, Hindu leader Mukesh Patel, a resident of Badaun on Jama Masjid of Badaun, said that a case related to Jama Masjid and Neelkanth Mahadev Temple is going on in the court. During the last hearing, the government lawyer has filed a report on his behalf. Today there was a debate on behalf of the Arrangement Committee and they presented their views. The next hearing will be held on December 3, and more arguments will be held on that day. After this, All India Hindu Mahasabha will also present its side.

On what was said in the court by the Muslim side, he said that he was presenting his views. He says that Hindu Mahasabha has no authority in this matter. We are also presenting our stand strongly. We are in the court with all the evidence. We have full faith in the government, Badaun Court, Supreme Court and High Court. We are sure that we will get justice.

Plaintiff’s lawyer Vivek Render told journalists that our claim has already been accepted by the court. Our claim has been considered. The government says that this property belongs to the Archeology Department. Jama Masjid has nothing to do with it.

While talking to the journalists, the advocate of the arrangements committee of Badaun Jama Masjid gave a statement on the arguments of the arrangements committee in the court. In response to the questions of journalists, he said that a new judge has come to the court. The debate on this matter started again. We have submitted that this suit is not maintainable and should be dismissed. This is against the Places of Worship Act. Such lawsuits spoil the atmosphere.

In response to a question, he said that the court heard some arguments and has fixed December 3 for further arguments, so that more arguments can be held on that day.
