Jaipur : Rajasthan unit in-charge of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Radha Mohan Das Agarwal said on Wednesday that if there is any threat to his life while staying in the state, then Congress leader Sachin Pilot will be responsible for it. Agarwal said this while reacting to the protest by Youth Congress workers in Rajasthan on Tuesday over his statements. Agarwal said, “If there is even a slight threat to my life while staying in Rajasthan, then I will hold only Sachin Pilot responsible for this.”
Reacting to Agrawal’s comments against Congress leaders including Pilot and the protests that followed, he said, “If we don’t call our opposition in politics weak, will we call them ‘Dara Singh Pehelwan’?” He said that there was a time of Sachin Pilot which is over and now BJP is ruling Rajasthan. Protesting Agrawal’s statements against Congress leaders, Youth Congress workers showed black flags to Agrawal outside the airport in Udaipur. Agrawal said that if such an act happens again, then BJP workers also have their limits.
Youth Congress workers sat in front of his car and showed him black flags and raised slogans against him. Black ink was also thrown on Agarwal’s car. Congress MLA and Youth Congress state president Abhimanyu Poonia said in Jaipur that the protest against Agarwal will continue until he apologizes for his statements against Congress leaders. Congress workers on Tuesday protested against Agarwal in Jaipur and across Rajasthan. Recently, during his Tonk tour, Agarwal had targeted former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi and said that he did the politics of riots. Agarwal said that Congress leaders are hungry for power. He also said that Pilot’s time is over now.
