Not only in Kashmir, now saffron can be cultivated anywhere, know the miracle of this person.

Ajmer : Gurkirat Singh Broka of Ajmer city of Rajasthan cultivated saffron by creating an environment like Kashmir at home. Electronics and communication engineer Gurkeerat grew saffron in just three months using low-cost technology. He procured saffron seeds from Kashmir and installed a 2 tonne AC in a room of the house to create a lab-cold room. Here the temperature was kept between 10 to 12 degrees Celsius and the seeds were examined with the light of a mobile phone.

This is how you can earn more money with less expenses

After planting the seeds in September, buds started appearing in October and saffron was ready with flowers in December. Gurkeerat produced saffron for only Rs 25 to 40 thousand using AC and simple gadgets. This initiative proved that improved agriculture is possible even at low cost.

How to identify real and fake saffron

He got the soil tested from the soil office and added vermi compost to it. Apart from this, the purity of saffron was also tested in house, in which the color of real saffron remains for a long time in water, while the fake saffron leaves the color immediately. This process shows that through innovation and technology, quality agriculture can be done even at the domestic level.
