After this, in five to seven days, action has been taken against more than 60 people in districts like Bhilwara, Chittorgarh, Jaipur, Rajsamand, Kota. While 12 FIRs have been registered. Besides, the vehicle has been seized and a fine of more than Rs 1 crore has been imposed. Chief Minister and Mines Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma have given instructions to take action against illegal mining activities by adopting a policy of zero tolerance. T Ravikant, Principal Secretary, Mines Department, is directly monitoring the action against illegal mining activities. Mines department officials have been instructed to remain active in the field.

Similarly, SME Vigilance Bhilwara has registered 7 cases and recovered Rs 3 lakh 81 thousand and deposited it in the treasury.

In the work area of ​​SME Jaipur NS Shaktawat, 3 stocks of illegal mining, 26 stocks of illegal mineral transportation and 19 stocks of illegal mineral storage have been seized and 3120 tonnes of gravel has been seized. ME Jaipur Shyam Kapri’s team seized 2 dumpers and 4 trolleys and Rs 2 lakh 25 thousand 260. Fine has been charged. Along with the seizure of one big equipment, 8 dumpers and 19 tractor trolleys have been seized by the team of AME Dausa LC Meena and AME Kotputli Amichand Luharia. One FIR has been lodged by the team of AME Tonk Sohan Lal Suthar in Piplu, 6 in Todaraisingh, 1 in Mor and one in Dooni. 2 FIRs have been lodged in Amarsar by AME Kotputli. AME Tonk has seized illegally stored stock of 3120 tonnes of gravel.

SME Vigilance Jaipur Pratap Meena has taken 14 actions and collected a fine of Rs 27 lakh 90 thousand. SME Jaipur Vigilance Pratap Meena’s team has handed over 2 vehicles at Shri Madhopur, 1 Neem police station, 1 Kot, 3 Muhana police station and 4 vehicles at Kanota police station post Bagrana. Similarly, ME Vigilance Jaipur KC Goyal has taken 8 actions and collected a fine amount of Rs 15 lakh. ME Rajsamand II Lalit Bachhra has taken action and seized 196 tonnes of gravel in Kunwaria Pipli. Action against illegal mining activities is going on in other parts of the state also.
