Hanumangarh : The last date for online application on Shala Darpan portal for Gargi and Girl Child Promotion Scheme is 30th November. An amount of Rs 6,000 will be given in two installments to those girls who have got more than 75 percent marks in 10th board. An amount of Rs 5,000 will be given as prize to girls who score 75 percent or more marks in 12th board.
Under the scheme, eligible girls studying in government and private schools of the district can apply. Under the first and second installment of Gargi Award, an amount of Rs. 3000 each will be transferred directly to the girls’ accounts and under the Girls Incentive Award Scheme, an amount of Rs. 5000 will be directly transferred to their accounts. The final application will be submitted only if the marks sheet of the girl’s secondary and UMA examination and the data recorded in the Parivar Jan Aadhaar card (girl’s name, mother’s and father’s name, date of birth and gender) are the same.
