Kota : Politics has heated up regarding the suicide case of youth Shubham Saxena in Baran, Rajasthan. Many Congress leaders, including former minister Pramod Jain Bhaya, staged a protest outside the mortuary of the district hospital on Wednesday. Congress leaders made serious allegations against the police and said that false cases are being filed against Congress leaders with the protection of BJP leaders. It was also warned that if the police did not register the case, Congress workers under the leadership of Rajasthan Congress would protest at the SP office on Friday. At the same time, the family members have refused to take the body until action is taken against the accused.
2 page suicide note written before dying
In fact, Shubham Saxena, a resident of Sabzimandi Tech in Kotwali police station area of Baran, committed suicide by hanging himself inside his house on Tuesday afternoon. The youth has accused former Municipal Council Chairman Kamal Rathod and the police of harassing him. Before committing suicide, in a two-page suicide note, Shubham Saxena had alleged that Kamal Rathore and his associates had filed a false case against me out of personal and political hatred. On the instructions of former Chairman Kamal Rathore, he was being forcibly implicated in the arms case by the police. The police used to beat him fiercely.
On Wednesday, in connection with the suicide case of Shubham Saxena, a protest was held outside the mortuary of the district hospital under the leadership of former minister Pramod Jain Bhaya, former MLA Panachand Meghwal, Karan Singh Rathore, Meenakshi Chandrawat and other Congress leaders.
Congress’s serious allegations against Baran Police
During this, Pramod Jain Bhaya made many serious allegations against Baran Police and said that the condition in Baran district today is worse than UP Bihar. BJP leaders have assured the SP that they will not allow him to be transferred from Baran. False cases are being filed against Congress leaders with the patronage of BJP leaders. Shubham Saxena has taken the step of suicide after being harassed by the police. Former Minister Bhaya further said that we have talked to PCC President Govind Singh Dotasara and Tikaram Juli and made them aware of the exploits of Baran Police.
He said that if proper compensation is not given to the victim’s family and a case is not registered against the accused, then Congressmen will stage a dharna at Baran SP office under the leadership of PCC President Dotasara and Tikaram Juli on Friday. The people sitting on the dharna are demanding registration of a case against former Chairman Kamal Rathore, Deputy Omendra Singh Shekhawat, CI Ram Vilas Meena, Tejas Suman and Constable Hariprakash and others. ASP Rajesh Chaudhary said that the matter is being investigated by the police.
