Jaipur News Desk: Deputy Chief Minister Diya Kumari on Tuesday gave the feel of a mini budget by making several announcements in the assembly like higher compensation for high-tension lines passing through fields, Rs 5,000 to children suffering from rare diseases, treatment of breast cancer in every medical college, Rs 10,000 to disabled pregnant women and online mapping of all borewells to save children from falling in them.
Under the ‘Pradhan Mantri Matru Vandan Yojana’, a disabled pregnant woman will get Rs 10,000 instead of Rs 6,500
Under Rajasthan Government Health Scheme (RGHS), the outdoor medical facility limit of RGHS card holder employees and pensioners of autonomous institutions/boards/corporations/universities etc. has been increased from Rs 20 thousand to Rs 30 thousand per year.
In case of death of RGHS card holder pensioner of these undertakings, eligible dependents will get RGHS facility
Under the Senior Citizen Pilgrimage Scheme, 15 thousand people will be made to travel by train to visit the Ram temple in Ayodhya.
