Rajasthan Waqf Board chairman targeted CM Yogi over his statement on madrasas

Sikar : Rajasthan Waqf Board Chairman Dr. Khanu Khan Budhwali has hit back at Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. During the Muslim Pratibha Samman Samaroh program in Sikar, while talking to the media, he hit back at the statement of UP CM, in which he talked about the qualification of children studying in madrasas. Attacking on this issue, Budhwali said that first Yogi Adityanath himself should tell how qualified he is. Dr. Budhwali further said that Yogi Adityanath should also first decide whether he believes in the Constitution made by the Constitution maker Baba Saheb or not? Only after that, take further decisions. He said that BJP leaders do not believe in the Constitution. It seems from the events that happened in the last decade that BJP does not believe in the Constitution. Budhwali, while talking to the media, alleged that there is a difference between BJP’s words and actions. BJP does not believe in the Constitution. Therefore, it is taking arbitrary decisions one-sidedly.

The government is unnecessarily raising the issue of Wakf Board
Talking to the media, Rajasthan Waqf Board Chairman Dr. Budhwali, in response to the question of bringing the Waqf Board under the Central Government, said that the way the BJP is engaged in amending the Waqf Board Bill by forming a JPC, it is clearly evident that there is a difference in the BJP’s policy and intentions. He said that the BJP government at the Centre is unnecessarily raising the issue of the Waqf Board by forming a JPC committee.

BJP is making Wakf Board an issue to spread religious frenzy

The chairman of the Wakf Board said that the current situation is that the Wakf Board bill has been passed by the Parliament in 2013. In such a situation, it cannot be changed again and again. The BJP is trying to amend the bill by forming a JPC committee, while there is no need to amend the bill. He alleged that the BJP is making the Wakf Board an issue to spread religious frenzy.

The way the Devasthan department works, the Wakf Board also works in the same way

Khanu Khan Budhwali, who is working as the 13th chairman of Rajasthan Waqf Board, told the media that the Waqf Board works in the same way as the Devasthan Department. He said that there is a provision in the Devasthan Department and Waqf Board Act that once the land is given to the Devasthan or Waqf Board, that land cannot be cancelled.

Wakf Board does not have as much land as BJP claims

Chairman Dr. Khanu Khan Budhwali, who was elected unopposed in the Rajasthan Waqf Board elections in January 2022, said that the BJP says that the Waqf Board has the most land. But in reality it is not so, this is wrong. Khanu Khan Budhwali, belonging to Churu district in Rajasthan, said that the BJP says that no one in India has as much second-rate land as the Waqf Board has. But I want to say that today the Waqf Board has as much land as the Devasthan, Army and Railways have, the Waqf Board is nothing in front of that.
