There have been incidents of theft continuously for the last several days at Sawai Madhopur : Chauth Ka Barwada Subdivision Headquarters. Despite repeated thefts here and reporting to the police, no action has been taken till now. Meanwhile, once again an incident of theft has taken place in the town. Here thieves broke the lock of an abandoned house and stole precious metal utensils and other items. The victim has given a report to the police regarding this matter.
A few days ago, around 200 sacks of mustard were stolen by breaking the lock of a warehouse on Rajmana Marg. Despite giving the report to the police, till date no trace of the thief has been found. Along with this, a few days ago, a case of theft of tube well cable at 12 places had just come to light. Regarding this, Bharatiya Kisan Sangh had also given a memorandum to the police.
Similarly, thieves also targeted the deserted house of Aksamuddin located in Khatik locality of the town. Here the victim’s family had gone to Jaipur for a wedding ceremony. The thieves broke the lock of the house from behind and stole the brass utensils and other items kept inside. After coming to know about the incident, the victim has reported the matter to Chauth Ka Barwada Police.
