Ajmer : A shocking case has come to light from Ajmer district of Rajasthan, where a 7-year-old girl was operated on at Jawahar Lal Nehru Government Hospital. Doctors removed about 2 kg from the stomach of the innocent girl. Took out a bunch of hair. The surgery was performed in the Pediatric Surgery Unit on Wednesday and now this information has been made public. The girl is currently under the supervision of doctors and is completely healthy.

Pediatric surgeon Dr. Garima Arora, who performed the surgery, said that this is a rare disease. Which is called ‘Trichobezoar’. This disease is rarely seen in children, where the child develops the habit of eating hair. The child keeps eating hair secretly and does not even realize that he is doing so.
The girl was eating hair for the last 4 years
Same was the condition of this girl. She is currently 7 years old and has eaten hair continuously for about 4 years. Due to which a big bunch of hair formed in his stomach. Doctors told that the lock of hair was about 2 kg. and included a two feet long thin braid. Seeing this, even the doctors and hospital staff were stunned. When the family, unaware of the child’s hair-eating disorder, removed two kg from her stomach. When I saw the hair, I was surprised.
The information came when the family took him to the hospital after falling ill.
She ate so much hair that a few days ago she became very ill. Unknown family members brought him to the hospital. During examination, a bunch of hair was found in his stomach, after which surgery was performed. The girl’s surgery was successful and she is being given medicines. Doctors hope that now the girl will get rid of this habit of eating hair and will soon become completely healthy.
