Ajmer News Desk: A small drone was found in the high security jail of Ajmer, which is considered the safest in Rajasthan, during cleaning work today. There was a stir in the jail administration. The jail administration immediately informed its senior officers about this. At present, the jail administration has handed over the drone to the Civil Lines police station. After the written complaint given by the jail administration, Civil Line police station has started expert investigation of the drone.

High Security Jail Superintendent Paras Jangid said that this morning a drone was found abandoned in the rear part of the jail complex where there was no movement. The cleaning staff informed the jail administration about the presence of the drone. As soon as the jail administration saw the drone, it informed its higher officials about the drone. After that, following the instructions of Ajmer Range DIG Om Prakash, the jail administration handed over the drone to the Civil Lines police station. In this matter, Ajmer Range DIG Om Prakash Meghwal himself is investigating the entire matter.
Dreaded criminals are in Ajmer jail
About 200 dreaded hardcore criminals and accused are lodged in the high security jail of Ajmer. In which the shooter of Anandpal gang, criminals of Bhalvaram’s gang who killed the son of former Kishangarh MLA Nathuram Sanodiya, Ghaus Mohammad and Riyaz who killed Kanhaiyalal of Udaipur, serial rapist Bacteri, Lawrence Bishnoi, henchmen of Rohit Godara and many hardcore criminals. Criminals are lodged in this jail.
Was recce of the jail being done through drones?
The police is now trying to find answers to these questions whether recce of the high security jail was being done? Or was some suspicious item being delivered inside the jail through drones? Or maybe the drone was recording video at a wedding ceremony and after its battery ran out, the drone fell in the jail premises. At present, the police have seized the drone and its company and the memory card installed in the drone are being examined by experts.
