Jaipur : here on Ringas Road, ahead of the fire office, on Monday, the information of a young man carrying a severed head of a cow in his hand and placing it on the wall spread anger among the cow protection groups and the people. For a moment, a situation of tension arose. Due to this, a young man passing through Ringas Road was also beaten up. When the police immediately searched the nearby CCTV cameras, the matter was revealed. Then the police and the people got relief. In the CCTV footage, a dog is seen carrying the remains of a cow in its mouth. The remains that fell from the dog’s mouth are seen being picked up by a young man passing through Ringas Road and placed on the wall. Due to this, the police administration along with the villagers and the officials of the cow protection group also breathed a sigh of relief. Police station in-charge Pradeep Sharma said that information was received about a young man carrying a severed head of a cow in his hand and placing it on the wall ahead of the fire office on Ringas Road. Taking the matter seriously, the police station in-charge and ACP Ashok Chauhan also reached the spot and took information about the incident.

Before this, the crowd present there also thrashed a passerby. People informed the officers of the Gau Rakshak Dal. On receiving the information, Gau Rakshak Dal from the region including Jaipur reached the police station. This made the atmosphere tense. Shersingh Kumawat of the Gau Rakshak Dal said that the atmosphere calmed down after the CCTV camera footage made it clear.

The youth was going from Kota to Khatushyamji

The police station in-charge said that the young passerby was a resident of Kota who was going to Khatushyamji. On the way, he found the remains of a cow and he picked it up and placed it on the wall. Then the villagers saw him. This angered the villagers and they caught the young man. However, later the young man was let go after the footage was found in the CCTV camera.

Case registered, investigation started

The police station in-charge said that the dead cow was dumped due to negligence. A report has been filed at the police station. Investigation is underway. He said that the truth came out immediately after scanning the CCTV footage.
