Thieves stole jewelery and cash from Khatu Shyam Temple in Sawai Madhopur.

Sawai Madhopur News Desk: Once again a temple was targeted by thieves in the Kotwali police station area of ​​Sawai Madhopur. Thieves committed theft at Khatu Shyam Temple located in Alanpur. Thieves stole cash worth about fifty thousand rupees from the donation box. Along with this, the thieves also stole silver jewellery.

Temple administrator Ganesh Aggarwal told that at night the temple priests had locked the temple and gone to sleep. After which the thieves committed this crime. This entire incident of theft was captured in the CCTV footage installed in the temple. Aggarwal told that at around 2:30 in the night two thieves were seen stealing in the temple. These thieves entered the temple and broke the lock of the donation box and stole the cash kept in the donation box. Along with this, two silver chains, two silver flutes,

The thieves also stole two Balaji’s umbrellas and a silver bow and arrow. The incident came to light in the morning, when the priest reached the temple. The temple management informed the Kotwali police station about the incident. After receiving the information, Kotwali police station officer Rajveer Singh reached the spot immediately. After reaching here, the police took stock of the incident and inspected the spot. Along with this, the SFL team was also called on the spot. The SFL team did not reach here and collect all the evidence. At present the Kotwali police is busy searching for the thieves on the basis of CCTV footage. Police are also interrogating nearby people regarding the incident.
