It cannot be condemned enough- Julie
After this incident, Leader of Opposition Tikaram Julie wrote on his x handle, “Look at the height of inhumanity. Look at the BJP-ruled Rajasthan government which has had an anti-Dalit and anti-tribal mentality since the beginning. This insensitive example of the same is the death of 9 tribal brothers and sisters in a road accident near Pindwara and after that the way the government inhumanly mistreats the bodies in the pickup vehicle. This clearly shows the anti-Dalit and anti-tribal mentality of the BJP. No amount of condemnation of such frustrated mentality is enough.”
An example of the crocodile character of the government – Sanyam Lodha
On the other hand, former Sirohi MLA Sanyam Lodha said, “Very inhumane… Putting the bodies of 8 people who died in a road accident near Pindwara on Sunday night in a pickup is a bad example of the crocodile character of the BJP government. All of them are our tribal brothers, not animals. The state government could have sent the bodies of these poor workers to their homes by arranging a hearse or ambulance. The BJP government deserves as much condemnation as possible for sending the bodies of workers in a pickup in this manner.”
This is how the accident happened
Giving information about the case, Sirohi’s Additional SP Prabhu Dayal said that if you go to Pindwara for Sirohi, you get on the highway. There is a cut here after one and a half kilometer. From this cut, the Toofan vehicle took a turn towards the wrong side and during this, it collided head-on with a tanker coming from the front. There were 29 people in the vehicle. Out of these, 8 died. 16 people are injured, while 5 are safe.
