Jaipur : There will be hustle and bustle in the markets throughout the day on Dhanteras festival in Jaipur city on Tuesday. On this occasion, a large number of people will come to the market to shop and see the lights. Tourists will also visit the markets of Parkota to see the beauty of the city. In view of the traffic pressure on the main routes, changes have been made in the traffic system. From 10 am to 11 pm on Tuesday, city/mini buses will be prohibited from entering the park from Sanjay Circle, Ajmeri Gate, Sanganeri Gate, Ghatgate, Galta Gate, Dhobi Ghat and Ramgarh Mor. Traffic will be diverted and operated through parallel routes.
On Tuesday, entry of goods carrying vehicles will be prohibited from Parkota, Sansar Chandra Road, MI Road, Ashoka Marg, Yadgar Tiraha to Rambagh Square, MD Road. One-way traffic on MI Road, Ashoka Marg can be implemented as per requirement. The vehicles of people coming to Parkote will be parked in Ramniwas Bagh, Ramlila Maidan. Parking of vehicles will be prohibited on the main roads in Johri Bazaar, Hawamahal Bazaar, Ramganj Bazaar, Tripolia Bazaar, Chauda Rasta, Kishanpol Bazaar, Gangauri Bazaar, Chandpol Bazaar. There will be no-vehicle zone for four-wheelers in Bapu Bazaar, Nehru Bazaar, Indira Bazaar at 10 am.
