Prayagraj, June 4: The Uttar Pradesh Education Service Selection Commission is conducting the TGT exam on June 3 and 4, 2026, in two shifts. On the second day, the examination is being held peacefully and transparently across all centers in Prayagraj.
Candidates began gathering outside the exam centers early in the morning. While some students appeared a bit nervous about the exam, their spirits remained high. Electronic items such as mobile phones, Bluetooth devices, and digital watches are strictly prohibited outside the examination centers.
To prevent any irregularities during the exam, adherence to the rules mentioned on the admit card is mandatory. Stringent security measures have been implemented to ensure a fair and cheat-free examination.
One candidate, Mahima, stated that she is appearing for the TGT English exam and noted that the arrangements are well-organized, with a ban on bringing electronic devices inside. Another candidate, Jitendra Kumar Patel, mentioned, “We have prepared well for the TGT English exam. Now, we will see how the paper goes.”
Another candidate expressed hope for a smooth examination, stating, “We are here for the TGT English exam, which is being held after four years. We are trying our best for it to be conducted successfully.”
A teacher involved in the examination process, Vishwanath Mishra, informed that the exam is being conducted by the Uttar Pradesh Service Selection Commission in both shifts. Candidates must bring original ID and admit cards. Strict security measures are in place, and after thorough checks and biometric attendance, candidates are allowed to enter the examination halls.
