Today the longest day will be of 13 hours 40 minutes and the shortest night will be of 10 hours 15 minutes

Jaipur : Bhilwara: The lord of planets in the celestial sphere, Surya Dev, reached Dakshinayan at 2.21 am on Thursday night. With his moving towards the south, the next six months will be very fruitful for people of all zodiac signs. Along with this, the rainy season will also begin. Pandit Ashok Vyas told that due to the change in celestial power, Friday will be the longest day and the shortest night this year. During this time, the duration of day will be 13 hours 40 minutes and night will be around 10 hours 15 minutes. As per Panchag Ganit, sunrise in Bhilwara will be at 5.50 am and sunset will be at 7.29 pm. From a religious point of view, the period of Dakshinayan is considered as night for the gods and the period of Uttarayan is considered as day.

Vyas said that during its orbit in the celestial sphere, the Sun will become perpendicular to the Tropic of Cancer on June 21. When the axial tilt of the Earth is maximum towards the Sun, the duration of the day increases. The Tropic of Cancer passes through the Banswara region. Hence, there will be zero shade day in the afternoon, meaning the length of the shadow will be less than one centimeter. In Bhilwara, the shadow of a human being will decrease at around 12.32 pm. The Sun God will enter the Adra constellation at 12.06 midnight on June 21. Ardra constellation is considered to be a life-giving constellation among the 27 constellations. Rainfall during Chaturmas is also estimated from this. There are chances of good rains across the country. There are chances of good rains in Southern Rajasthan and moderate to good rains in Eastern Rajasthan. The movement of the Sun in the Sayan Tropic of Cancer is considered to be the Dakshinayan of the Sun. Due to this, with the beginning of the rainy season, the longest day and the shortest night will be in all the countries located in the Northern Hemisphere including India. The Sun will remain in the south till 21 December. Meanwhile, the monsoon, autumn and winter seasons will arrive. Also, the days will gradually become shorter and the nights will become longer.
