Udaipur : Udaipur On Wednesday, the third day of the dispute between the members of the former royal family, various types of activities continued for 9 hours from morning to evening. The stir that started with the darshan of Eklingji in Kailashpuri in the morning ended with the darshan of Dhuni in the City Palace in the evening. Vishwaraj Singh reached Eklingji temple in a convoy with Mewar supporters. Along with the darshan here, his color changing ceremony was performed. More people had arrived here than the administration had estimated. The process was completed amidst a huge crowd. Everyone along with Vishwaraj Singh reached Samor Bagh, where the tradition of color change by his prominent supporters was performed. Prominent persons addressed on this occasion. Most of the people were adamant on Dhuni philosophy. Meanwhile, instructions were given by the administration to give darshan to Vishwaraj Singh till evening. After this the atmosphere calmed down and people started waiting for darshan. After a round of talks in the evening, we finally reached the City Palace for darshan. While returning from darshan, Vishwaraj Singh stopped at Pala Ganesh temple. From here his supporters took him in a procession to Samor Bagh. Meanwhile, huge fireworks were done.
Even after two days, there is satisfaction of having darshan – Vishwaraj Singh
After Dhuni Darshan, Vishwaraj Singh Mewar said that Dhuni place was visited with civilization, it was a simple darshan. If this had been done earlier the situation would not have worsened. Darshan happened after two days, but it happened and there is satisfaction. The conversation continued for two days and finally the darshan took place. People faced difficulties, this could have happened on the first day also. Everyone has seen the power of peaceful rebellion.
The incident continued like this for two days
● After reaching Udaipur on the first day, Vishwaraj Singh and his supporters were adamant on going to City Palace for Dhuni darshan. There was a crowd gathering from Jagdish Chowk to the Palace till late night. During this time, stone pelting took place and there was chaos. A notice was pasted to appoint a receiver to confiscate the disputed portion of the palace.
● Since the morning of the second day, there were strict security arrangements in all three gates of the City Palace and the surrounding area. The police also tightened the barricades. Anticipating the situation becoming abnormal, prohibitory orders were imposed. Both the parties met the media and presented their respective views, in which both raised questions on the role of the administration.
