Wedding season is starting from tomorrow, expenses ranging from food plates to musical instruments have increased.

Jaipur News Desk: Due to rising inflation, the ‘Saat Phere’ ceremony has become costlier by 25 per cent, but there is no dearth in the enthusiasm of married families regarding the wedding season starting from Devutthan (Devuthani) Ekadashi on Tuesday. Despite wedding destination, food and decorations being expensive, the preparations and splendor of weddings still remain intact.

To reduce expenses, people are definitely making some cuts in the guest list and menu. People from middle class to elite class are also choosing the destination as per their budget and are taking the help of event management to make the wedding grand. After this, maximum expenditure is being made on food, social media, clothes and music. There are a total of 59 auspicious times for marriage in the season starting from Devuthani Ekadashi.
Minimum rates increased, garden hotels costlier by 10 percent

According to wedding management experts in Indore, this season the rates of garden hotel have increased by 10 percent, while the minimum cost of band baja and mare has been increased. Earlier the bands were available from Rs 5000 to Rs 51000, but now the bands are starting from Rs 11000. The minimum fare for a mare has also been increased from Rs 2100 to Rs 3100.
Multi cuisine round with traditional

Earlier, the elders of the house used to decide the menu of traditional dishes. Now the choice of youth and women has become paramount. Along with traditional food, Chaat, Japanese, Kurian, Oriental, Italian, Mexican, Chinese, Turkish dishes are being liked in the multi cuisine menu.
Plate of food reached up to two thousand rupees
